We follow the conditions based on the Norwegian right of withdrawal (angrerettloven).

We truly hope that you will be satisfied with the products you ordered. But if you by any reason aren’t, you are welcome to return the products within 14 days from when you receive the goods. A proper packaging is expected and the return cost is covered by you the customer.

Before you return, please contact us at hello@allyearcabin.com. Please mention the cause of the return, especially in cases of defects or damaged goods, where we also kindly ask you to include documentation by a simple photo. 

As previously mentioned, please pack the goods responsibly to avoid possible freight damages. We suggest that you reuse the package it came in and reseal it with tape.

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund your payment through the payment solution you used upon purchase.
